I’ve been in the web3 space for around 2 years as an accounting lead and people ops support. It has been fun and challenging at the same to DAO in Giveth. I’ve been actively participating in the DAO process – from voting in governance decisions, proposing policies in contributor management, and now as we currently go through a major organizational restructuring - calling it “subDAOification” :) I’m super interested to attend this event to learn more about How To DAO as it’s relevant in my role and for sure will have valuable impact to our DAO.
